How to Get Auto Build Early in the Game

Unlocking the Auto Build feature early in the game can give you a significant advantage. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to get Auto Build super early in the game. Follow these steps, and you’ll be able to construct projects with ease!

Step 1: Start at the Iniesta Shrine

After completing the basic quests and obtaining the paraglider from Pura, open your map by pressing the minus button. Fast travel to the Iniesta Shrine, which should be a fast travel point by now. Once you arrive, walk behind the shrine and position yourself close to the edge without falling off.

Step 2: Mark Your Target and Glide

Open your map by pressing the right stick in, and mark the target location on the Great Plateau. Position yourself for an easy glide and jump off, aiming to get as close as possible to the marked spot. If you’re skilled enough, you might even make it directly to the target!

Step 3: Discover the Great Plateau East Chasm

Once you’ve landed on the Great Plateau, head towards your marked location. As you approach, you’ll discover the Great Plateau East Chasm. This is the specific chasm you need to enter to unlock Auto Build early in the game.

Step 4: Dive into the Chasm

With your paraglider equipped, take the plunge into the chasm. As you descend, you’ll notice blue flames, which are actually pose that you can collect. Head towards the lights on the wall and shoot a bright Bloom seed arrow to light up the area.

Step 5: Navigate the Underground

Turn on your ultra hand and bring the cart into the illuminated area. Attach a fan to the back of the cart and hop on. As you ride through the underground, you’ll pass by monsters and rocks, eventually arriving at the Great Central mine.

Step 6: Activate the Teleport Point

Climb up the platforms until you reach a symbol on the wall. Examine the symbol to interact with the floor, activating a teleport point. This will allow you to fast travel back to this location in the future.

Step 7: Unlock Auto Build

After activating the teleport point, you’ll receive the basic Auto Build feature. This allows you to instantly recreate your ultra hand projects using nearby items and Zone 8 Auto Build records your previous creations.

Step 8: Build the Vehicle

Now that you have Auto Build, use your ultra hand to construct the vehicle. Once you’ve built it, it will be registered in your history, allowing you to recreate it using Auto Build in the future.

Step 9: Optional Boss Fight

If you’re feeling brave, you can build a scene that triggers a boss fight. Defeating the boss will reward you with a schema Stone, which contains pre-built blueprints for various projects. However, this step is optional and not necessary for unlocking Auto Build.

Step 10: Return to the Surface

With Auto Build unlocked, you can now return to the surface by fast traveling back to the lookout tower. Continue the game with all the abilities unlocked, making your travels much easier!
